Adjacent to Meadowview Shopping Center and Bishop McNamara High School, the 4.12 acre property includes 60,639 SF of unoccupied offices and stores that was sold for land value at $130,000 per acre and will be razed for redevelopment and expansion for a Classic Cinemas movie theater. The Meadowview property is one of an original 35 property portfolio that Inland has been exclusively engaged by the Diocese to market. “Approximately 30% of the real estate portfolio has been sold to date with many prime development properties still available", said Rogers.
